How to size a player in 30 seconds: measure the chest at the widest point with arms relaxed, compare against the chart below (or your vendor's chart), and when a player lands between two sizes, pick the larger one — game jerseys are worn over pads and base layers, and kids grow mid-season. Write sizes in ink only when the player has checked the chart, not from memory.
