SizeLink handles team rosters — often kids' names. We treat that seriously. Here is exactly what we store, who can see it, and how to make it disappear.
Only what the organizer's form asks for: player names, item sizes, and — if the organizer turned them on — jersey numbers, name-on-jersey spellings, emails, and notes. Optionally the organizer's own email (for link recovery), a shipping address, a size chart image, and design mockups. We never ask for birthdates, passwords, or payment details, and there are no ads or trackers on these pages.
Two links exist per roster, both long random codes that are never listed or searchable. The share link only lets someone add their own sizes (and see the team name, roster name list, deadline, and how many have submitted). The full roster, emails, and shipping address are visible only through the organizer's private dashboard link. The organizer's email and shipping address are never sent to the player page at all.
Until the organizer deletes it, or automatically after about 13 months of inactivity — whichever comes first. Deleting a roster also permanently removes every submission and any uploaded images.
Organizers: open your dashboard and use "Delete everything" — it is immediate and permanent. Players: ask your organizer to remove your row (one click), or contact us and we will handle it.
No selling data, no marketing emails to your players, no cookies beyond a local theme preference and your own edit token on your own device.
